1. Licence grant
Ideals Dating grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Ideals Dating application on a device that you own or control, in accordance with this EULA and our Terms of Service.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify or distribute the application
- Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the application
- Rent, lease or sublicense the application
- Remove copyright notices or other proprietary notices
- Use the application for purposes other than those permitted
3. Intellectual property
The application and all its components, including code, design, graphics and trademarks, are and remain the exclusive property of Ideals Dating. This EULA does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.
4. Updates
Ideals Dating may provide updates, patches or new versions of the application from time to time. By installing an update you agree to any changes to this EULA that may come with the update.
5. Third-party services
The application uses third-party services, including:
- Supabase — database and authentication
- RevenueCat — subscription management
- Apple App Store / Google Play — distribution and payment processing
- Expo — app development platform
Use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service.
6. App Store terms
If you downloaded the application from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard EULA also applies. Apple is not a party to this EULA and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the application.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Ideals Dating does not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ideals Dating shall not be liable for damages arising from use of or inability to use the application, including loss of data, business interruption or any other loss.
9. Termination
This licence is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the application.
10. Governing law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
