1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing or using Ideals Dating ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Ideals Dating. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who do not meet this requirement.
3. Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@idealsdating.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
You may only create one account. Duplicate accounts may be removed without notice.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
- Harass, abuse, threaten or intimidate other users
- Post false, misleading or deceptive content
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Upload content that violates intellectual property rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without our prior written consent
- Post content that is obscene, offensive or violates our Community Guidelines
5. Content
You retain ownership of the content you post on Ideals Dating. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display and distribute your content within the Service for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
You are solely responsible for the content you post. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
6. Subscriptions and payments
Ideals Dating offers a free basic service and a paid Pro subscription. Subscriptions are processed through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google). Pricing is displayed in the app and on our Pro page.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Cancellation must be made through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law.
7. Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in the Service, including the app, website, design, logos and software, belong to Ideals Dating. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or meet your specific requirements.
Ideals Dating is a platform for meeting people. We do not guarantee matches, relationships or any specific outcome from using the Service. You use the Service at your own risk.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ideals Dating shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
You may delete your account at any time via the app or via our data deletion page.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
